New Horizon Karate's program incorporates the Brain Gym exercises as well as other developmental movements in order to balance the students mind and body. Many martial arts movements cross the planes of the body and use both the creative and logical sides of the brain together. These movements are very helpful to children with Asperger's (Autism) and hyperactivity Classes are taught in group or private settings as is appropriate for the individual student.
